Digital ticket: mobile phone and online ticket

You can conveniently book the digital ticket from home. To do this, simply find the connection you want on bahn.de and select the "Digital Ticket" in the "Ticket & Options" booking step. You will receive your booked ticket digitally as a PDF download and by email. Save the PDF ticket on your laptop, tablet or smartphone to show it on the train as an online ticket.

The advantage of your digital ticket is that you can call it up again at any time. The easiest way is with a bahn.de customer accountbecause your bookings will be saved there. After logging in, you can view your ticket via "My bookings" and, for example, open it again as a PDF or in the app.

You should get the ticket without a bahn.de account have booked, you can call up your ticket again using the order search. You need the order number for this.

New: You can now flexibly book the digital ticket up to 10 minutes after the departure of the long-distance train (ICE, IC / EC) on bahn.de or in the DB Navigator app. The prerequisite is that more than 10 minutes travel time is allowed between the boarding station and the next stopping station.
