In fact, many people believe that they can become more successful by working harder. And the more successful they are, the happier they become. Not correct! This is a dangerous fallacy, says Achor. During his research over the years, he established: If you are happy, your brain is up to 31 percent more productive than the brain in a neutral or negative (thought) state.
