How does the Hessian free optimization work

OloV stands for: "Ooptimization of the lokalen Vinvestigation work in the creation and filling of training positions "and is part of the Hessian Pact for Training, which the following partners have concluded with each other:

OloV wants to create, stabilize and permanently anchor structures in regional contexts. These structures support young people through the transition from school to work

  • Cooperation and coordination of the players in the training market,
  • faster placement of young people in training,
  • Increasing the transparency of offers and measures,
  • Avoiding parallel and double structures.

The target groups are all adolescents and young adults

  • still attend general school,
  • have already graduated from school,
  • and / or be looked after in the transition system.
